Fixed an issue where voting on suggestions didn't work. Fixed an issue where suggestions would show 'pending' as state in the DM users would receive when their suggestion was deleted. Fixed an issue where the escalation/transfer arrays on the tickets config would behave wierdly if no panels were available (now disabled), added a none value and removing empty/none values on save has been added. A couple of bug fixes.
