• Added /ticket form-answers to view ticket form answers from a ticket (or outside).

Fixed an issue where voting on suggestions didn't work. Fixed an issue where suggestions would show 'pending' as state in the DM users would receive when their suggestion was deleted. A couple of bug fixes.
